A：It is inevitable that there will be some small flaws during the production process.
“Definition of defects” include extensive dents, dirt, severe detachment of size, accessories, and inability to adjust, and other abnormal conditions that seriously affect sales.
“Definition of non-defects” such as small printing color spots caused by the manufacturing of eco-friendly cups, small stains or scratches on the cup body, color differences in photos, glue spillage or discoloration that does not affect use, etc. These are all acceptable under international inspection standards. The accepted range does not constitute a defect. If it is not a major defect or affects normal use, we do not provide returns or exchanges.

Q：Could the eco-friendly cup be returned or exchanged if it is defective？
A：For the eco-friendly cups purchased after the official launch on September 22, any defects in the product must be confirmed before purchase (EX: large areas of paint peeling/missing parts). A：According to the provisions of the “Consumers Protection Act”, there is a three-day appreciation period starting from the day after the product is signed for. During this period, you do not need to pay the shipping fee to apply for a return. If you want to return the purchase, please submit it within three days. Overdue returns will not be accepted. Please note that the waiting period is not a trial period. The returned goods must be in brand new condition and fully packaged (including the product body, accessories, gifts, and original packaging).
